FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’s)
| I noticed that “minimums apply.” What does that mean? | For any package deal menu pricing, the minimum number of adults attending an event is 25. We absolutely cater for smaller events, and those menus will be priced accordingly. |
| What if I like some items on different menus? | Feel free to pick and choose whichever items you would like from any of our menus. Then we’ll price that special menu package just for your event. |
| Do you have your own catering hall? | Not currently, but we are able to cater at many venues throughout the Lehigh Valley, both indoor and outdoor, for groups of 30 people to over 1,000. |
| Will you book the catering hall for my party, or should I do that? | Securing and paying for a party location is the client's responsibility, and should be done before booking a date for us to cater your event. |
| What does the price per person include? | The price per person usually includes table coverings, all service equipment, all food, all disposable service ware, set-up, work-through, and break-down. (Special exceptions may apply). Wait staff and Bartender fees are charged separately. |
| Are you able to help with total party planning? | Absolutely! We have access to a wide variety of rental companies, musicians, Disc Jockeys, florists, venues, photographers, videographers, bakeries, etc., and we’ll be happy to assist you in any way we can in dealing with them. |
| What are theme parties? | Theme parties are events that have one deliberate idea, like a Hawaiian Luau, or Monte Carlo night. These are parties that generally take some time in planning, have a distinct menu and décor, the wait staff is dressed in costume, etc. These events totally immerse you and your guests in the atmosphere! |

How far in advance should I book my party with BARBI CATERS 2 U? |
As soon as you are able! Dates book rapidly, especially during wedding and holiday seasons. |
