 1.  Receipt of our signed Catering Agreement is necessary before your event date is actually booked with Barbi Caters 2 U.  Until that time, all date inquiries will remain open to the public.

 2.  A deposit of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) is required to secure your event date, along with a signed copy of our Catering Agreement.  The remaining balance is due on the date of your event, as stated in the Agreement.

 3.  Contract pricing is based on the expected number of participants.  If you confirm an event with 80% or less  of the original number contracted for, Barbi Caters 2 U reserves the right to increase the price per person for that event.

 4.  Published menu pricing is based on a minimum of thirty (30) adult persons attending the event.  Actual prices may vary, according to your guest count.

 5.  Changes to any Package Menu pricing may increase or decrease the actual per-person price, based upon your specific requests.

 6.  Published menu prices are subject to change without notice, due to market volatility.

 7.  Wait staff and Bartending services are available for any function.  Fees for Wait staff and/or Bartenders are not included in the per person pricing structure, and will be billed separately.

 8.  Any food remaining after your party will be packaged by the staff of Barbi Caters 2 U and given to the host/hostess.

 9.  Free delivery service is included within a 15-mile radius (round-trip: 30 miles) of our home base.  A mileage surcharge based on the current market mileage rate will be incurred for events held beyond that radius.

10.  Pennsylvania State Sales Tax (6%) will be charged to you, unless your organization is tax exempt.  To receive this exemption, a copy of your PA Tax Exempt status, pursuant to Act 55 of 1997, must be provided to Barbi Caters 2 U when your event is booked.

11.  Barbi Caters 2 U shall not be responsible for inability to provide food or other services due to inclement weather or acts of God (including, but not limited to: blizzard, fire, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, sinkholes, etc.).
