CHOCOLATE CHIP MOUSSE
Yield:  4 servings

 

INGREDIENTS:  

6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 tsp. vanilla extract

8 oz. frozen shipped topping, thawed

1 pint of fresh raspberries or strawberries
(for garnish)

In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips;
stir until smooth.

Cool for 20 minutes

Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.

Beat in melted chocolate.

Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon completed mixture into decorative dessert dishes.

Refrigerate until serving.

Garnish with fresh ripened raspberries or strawberries, and ENJOY!
